What becomes possible when a young person starts believing more is possible?
Sometimes the difference between “That's not for someone like me” and “Why couldn't that be me?” is exposure to the right opportunity, person, perspective, or experience.
BOLT Youth partners with schools and youth-serving organizations to help young people expand what they believe is possible for their lives and build the skills and confidence to take action toward it.

Young people are constantly forming beliefs about who they are, what they're capable of, and what their future can look like.
Those beliefs shouldn't be limited by what they've already been exposed to.
BOLT Youth creates interactive development experiences that introduce students to new perspectives while strengthening the personal skills that help them navigate opportunity when it appears.
We don't tell young people what their future should look like.
We help them recognize that they have the ability to build one.

Helping students recognize limiting beliefs, strengthen confidence, and develop a greater sense of what's possible.

Building the confidence to communicate, ask questions, advocate for themselves, listen, and connect with others.

Helping students understand that leadership starts long before someone gives you a title.
RESILIENCE
Developing tools for navigating challenges, setbacks, change, and the moments when moving forward isn't easy.

Expanding exposure to different paths, possibilities, careers, experiences, and ways of thinking about the future.

Helping students move beyond inspiration by identifying practical next steps they can take toward their goals.
