One opportunity can change everything.
I know firsthand what can happen when someone sees potential in you and gives you an opportunity to step into it.
Years ago, someone took a chance on me. They opened a door, believed in what I could become, and gave me access to an opportunity that would ultimately change the trajectory of my life. What I did with that opportunity shaped the leader, mentor, and person I am today.
Over the years, as I've had the privilege of developing people, building teams, strengthening organizations, and watching others grow into possibilities they once couldn't see for themselves, I've continued to come back to one belief:
Potential exists everywhere. Access to opportunity doesn't.
I founded BOLT because I want to carry that opportunity forward.
To create more doors. To help people recognize what's possible for their lives. And to equip them with the belief, skills, and tools to walk through those doors when they open.
